Intuition | Integrity | Intentionality
This spring class provided a basic understanding of how different levels of sport organizations generate revenue and manage their expenses. Dr. Lovich challenged students to apply knowledge from textbooks to projects. Below are several samples of work throughout the semester.
Strategic Financial Proposal: Coastal Carolina University Women's Acrobatics and Tumbling
My firm collected research and financial information to generate an applicable strategic financial proposal for a new women's varsity sport at Coastal Carolina Athletics. The proposal was then presented to the Senior Women's Administrator, Carie Rosiek, with hopes it could be used as a guide for a potential new women's team on campus.

The excel sheet below details the fiscal expenses and budget for the inaugural year.
Case Study - Soccer Financing
My group was responsible for presenting a PowerPoint regarding revenue generation among the US soccer teams. The pressing matter of different salaries for the men's vs. women's teams was also presented and was open for discussion.
Other projects not visible include a stock market and personal financing project. These two assignments were primarily for enjoyment and personal analysis of our pretend and real-life spending and investments. Understanding how the market functions and the risks (and rewards) of the stock market is crucial. Additionally, evaluating our monthly spendings allowed us to reflect how we can better manage our spending.
